About the law firm

 

Lögmannsstofa Norðurlands ehf. was founded in 2002 by Ólafur Rúnar Ólafsson, attorney at law. In August 2019, Birgir Örn Guðmundsson, attorney at law, joined the firm. Erla Elísabet Sigurðardóttir then began working as office manager in 2023, and she has many years of experience working in a law firm.

The firm’s lawyers are members of the Icelandic Bar Association, which is the statutory body responsible for regulating and supervising the legal profession in Iceland.
