About the law firm

 

Lögmannsstofa Norðurlands ehf. - Legalnorth was founded in 2002 by attorney Ólafur Rúnar Ólafsson. In January 2019, Lögmannsstofa Norðurlands and Ás lögmannsstofa, owned by attorney Sunna Axelsdóttir, merged their forces under the banner of Lögmannsstofa Norðurlands. In August 2019, attorney Birgir Örn Guðmundsson joined the firm. Erla Elísabet Sigurðardóttir then began working as office manager in 2023, and she has many years of experience working in a law firm.
